Camera Roll Call

All right, just settle down, kids. Yes, it’s the triumphant return of Camera Roll Call.* It’s inspired in large part to the increasing requests from friends to see what I’m up to these days. Let’s have a look, shall we?

Screen-grabbed this fun trivia fact about “Sex and the City” creator Candace Bushnell.
It gives me hope, despite the poor grammar.

Camera Roll Call

It’s that special time again, when I share five recent pictures and try to not be so lazy with my life. Consider it my birthday present to you, dear readers.

Being a super nerd with a big ol’ birthday drink

The Trop, site of a Yankees victory on my 25th

Obligatory crappy fireworks shot; building isn’t on fire — this isn’t San Diego

Real life: Holly testing our friendship with Gronk and LeBron praise

Beautiful birthday flowers from my favorite cubemate 🙂

It’s the official weekend now, so get out and celebrate it! I’ll be spending mine with the college bestie and my hairstylist (finally!) … nothing like the 6th of July to get people excited about freedom.

Camera Roll Call

As you’ve likely guessed, I managed to neglect regular uploads of the last five pictures from my phone. It’s all relative — I started a Facebook album more than a month ago from the Memphis trip, and it’s still missing about 100 pictures. Solid.

So without further ado, here are the five last pictures in my Camera Roll:

“Shart” is an option in Draw Something. I giggled for approximately 10 minutes.

Pups playing at Yappy Hour on Cinco de Mayo, to benefit Kids and Canines!

Contextual advertising at its best: Thanks for the diabetes, Wendy’s!

Planning for Panama and Costa Rica — (all new) 3 pairs of shorts,
3 Dry Fit tops, a windbreaker and cross-body bag. Holy break my bank.

Celebrating a co-worker’s birthday with fancy wines and festive cookies.

For my next trick, I will attempt to upload the Memphis pictures to Facebook before Christmas. Ta-da!

Camera Roll Call

All of the excitement from the Super Bowl has left me entirely exhausted. I figure another installment of Camera Roll Call should do the trick: Entertaining you (or maybe just me) while showing off my photo skillz that killz.

Gasparilla handiwork: The ring needed its own bow too.

Traffic is wiggity, wiggity, wiggity whack.

Real nice, Senator Rubio — but Mr. Amanda is my father.

Playing MASH in the office … just a regular day.

Had lunch yesterday with Rays player David Price. It was a really big table.

If this isn’t a testament to how random my life is, then I don’t know what is.

I’ll take an order of David Price with a red dune buggy and Kris Kross on the side, please and thank you.

Camera Roll Call

I have a terrible habit of “forgetting” to upload pictures … I find it incredibly time-consuming, and I’m usually too impatient to give a shit if they ever make it online.

But I realize, then, what’s the point of taking photos if you’re not sharing them? So, I bring you the start of a new series: Camera Roll Call. (Thanks to my friend, Cosmo, for naming this when I was too lazy to do so.)

Each post will feature the last five pictures I’ve taken on my phone (not counting repeat/similar shots — otherwise, it’d be five angles of the same thing because I’m an idiot artist).

We’ll see how long this lasts.

Epcot with family and friends — NINE-pound lemons?! I’m a child.

Canada: What’s that aboot, eh?

Scotch Egg from The Rose & Crown Pub in “England.” Deliciously savory!

The worst skywriter I’ve ever seen. It’s supposed to be “U + GOD = J” … suuure.

The big ball! In case we forgot where we were.

Phew. I feel like this was a productive therapy sesh, and much cheaper than paying someone to listen.
